Senior Belts Syllabus

The Senior belt Syllabus continues with the students learning. The use of advanced techniques and sparring drills. This allows the student to develop an understanding of focus. Students gain confidence and this helps with self defence in a real life situation.

The explanation of Senior belt colours helps us, as students understand when continuing  with  our training.

Blue signifies the heaven towards which the plant matures into a towering tree as training in Tae Kwon-Do progresses.

Red signifies danger, cautioning the student to exercise control, whilst warning the opponent to stay away.

Black is the opposite of white, therefore signifying maturity and proficiency in TaeKwon-Do. It also indicates the wearer’s imperviousness to darkness and fear

Grading intervals are set at 6 months unless a credit pass is gained. Training for black belt is set to 9 months with a credit pass
